The CL6088 1/4 VGA color LCD panel incorporates a single cold-cathode fluorescent (CCFL) tube backlight for maximum viewability in a wide range of ambient lighting conditions. The module offers a viewing area of 118 by 89.3 mm with a resolution of 320 by 240 pixels. For direct connection to microcontrollers and microprocessors, the CL6088 has interface connections to row and column drivers. The module requires a 5-V logic supply and a 26.2-V LCD bias supply. At a typical frame rate of 70 Hz, it draws 2.7 mA from the 5-V line and 7.5 mA from the 26.2-V line. Overall, the panel measures 154.6 by 114.4 mm. In 1000-unit quantities, the CL6088 starts at $130 with delivery from stock to 10 weeks.
