Built with 128- or 256-Mbit stacked SDRAM chips to support high density applications while maintaining compliance to PC-100 mechanical specifications are a selection of DIMMs designed for Intel's new 440GX chipset. The modules are intended for high-end workstations and servers and provide high system memory capacity. The 128-Mbit SDRAM stacks are built with standard 64-Mbit SDRAMs while the 256-Mbit SDRAM stacks are built with 128-Mbit SDRAM chips.
