Avnet Abacus And Murata Build On 20-Year Relationship

Murata has signed a pan-European franchise agreement with passives and e-mech distributor Avnet Abacus.

Graham McBeth, president of Avnet Abacus EMEA, and Glenn Palmer, managing director of European distribution, Murata Europe, celebrate the new pan-European franchise agreement between their companies.

Hoofddorp, Netherlands: Murata has signed a pan-European franchise agreement with passives and e-mech distributor Avnet Abacus (see the figure). Covering Murata’s passive products, the agreement builds on a 20-year relationship between the two companies. Avnet Abacus has previously covered selected European territories for Murata passives and has held a pan-European agreement for the company’s power solutions products.
