Hybrid Chip Resistors Raze TCR To 0.05ppm/°C

Claiming to be the first Bulk Metal Z-Foil hybrid chip resistors to trim TCR down to 0.05 ppm/°C from 0°C to +60°C and 0.2 ppm/°C from -55°C to +125°C, the V5X5Z, V15X5Z, and V15X10Z offer resistance tolerances to ±0.01% (user trimmable to ±0.005%), and a load-life stability of ±0.01% at +70°C for 10,000 hours at rated power.

The foil resistor chips can be trimmed after installation while monitoring circuit output parameters. Once calibrated, the value is permanently set and is unaffected by shock, vibration, and temperature variations.
