Thin Film Chip Resistors Get Skinny

With a resistance range of 5 M? to 150 M?, the XTM thin-film chip resistors typically measure 10-mils  thick.  Top bond pads are large (13 x 13 mils square), suitable for wire-bonding. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +175°C and stability over temperature is below 500 ppm/°C. The components are built on 5-inch wafers and can be shipped unsawn or sawn and in GelPaks.
