The BSP75G intelliFET is a 60-V, 550-mΩ N-channel device with full self protection against overtemperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, and electrostatic discharge. It integrates a configurable component array with a vertical power transistor on the same die. Features include logic-level input control and automatic restart on fault removal. At a preset 175°C chip temperature, it shuts down and a 550-mJ active clamp turns it off before it enters avalanche breakdown. Pricing is $0.41 each in lots of 10,000.
