DISTRIBUTED POWER- A new Web-enabled CD-ROM combines comprehensive technical data on firm's dc-to-dc converters, inductors and transformers with Spice simulation models that is designed to simplify and speed application development and evaluation. Available in both PC and Mac formats, the disk provides information on surface-mount and leaded miniature dc/dc converters ranging in power from 0.25W to 25W. In addition to Spice models, the disk also includes all of firm's data sheets and application notes, allowing designers to easily cut-and-paste text, photos and diagrams into their documents. The CD-ROM also offers a link to the company's website for simplified downloading of updates and access to the latest technical data.
