Allegedly four times lower than its nearest competitor, the TPS22924C load switch exhibits a typical on resistance of 5.7 m? at 3.6V, allowing for minimum dropout through the pass FET. The chip employs an input voltage range from 0.75V to 3.6V and handles a maximum continuous switch current of 2A. Shutdown current is less than 2 µA.
