    The company’s latest 650V MDmeshT V power MOSFET specifies an on resistance figure of 38 m?, allegedly the lowest available. The device offers a current rating of 69A maximum. The company's MDmesh V technology reportedly delivers the lowest on-state resistance per unit area compared to conventional MOSFETs and similar super-junction devices.
