In the never-ending quest for lower on resistance, the SiA427DJ 8V p-channel TrenchFET power MOSFET specifies 16 mΩ at 4.5 V, 26 mΩ at 1.8 V, 32 mΩ at 1.5 V, and 95 mΩ at 1.2 V in a thermally-enhanced, 2 mm x 2 mm PowerPAK SC-70. Compared with a typical device in a SC-70 package occupying the same area, the PowerPAK SC 70 can handle 40% more power dissipation under the same ambient conditions.
