Environmentally sealed for singlemode or multimode fibers, this line of fiber optic connectors comes in male and female versions to eliminate the need for adapters. The interface is moisture-proof and the cable attachment permits weatherproof sealing. Insertion loss is 0.5 dB maximum and return loss is -65 dB, achievable based on polishing. Part numbers are FGG.0K.BB2.CCBE45G for plugs and PHG.0K.BB2.CCSE45G for receptacles.
