A worldwide agreement between Richardson Electronics' Solid State & Components Group, LaFox, IL, and GHz Technology, Santa Clara, CA, gives Richardson the right to distribute GHz Technology's full line of RF and microwave power transistors. GHz Technology specializes in the design and manufacture of silicon RF power, pulsed and CW transistors for the avionics, radar, HF/VHF/UHF, telecom, SATCOM, cellular and PCS markets. Richardson offers 60 sales offices and 29 stocking locations in 50 countries.
