The Model 4030 is an easy-to-use, 10-MHz pulse generator that is designed for a variety of applications. It produces pulsed waveforms with variable symmetry and amplitude to test such applications as shift registers and digital logic circuits. The Model 4030 generator can also be used to test the interface between different logic families as well as the response time of opto-isolators. The device utilizes a standard 115-V ac power source. An external triggering mode allows the unit to be synchronized to an external signal, such as a clock frequency signal. A separate trigger output is available to trigger an oscilloscope. Available immediately, the Model 4030 is priced at $355.
