The PC V-Box-Express control box is designed for rugged use in close proximity to machinery. Developed by Kontron, the box is RoHS-compliant, comes equipped with a scalable ETXexpress/COM Express module and high-performance processors up to Intel Pentium M 2.0 GHz, and is ready for dual-core technology. It can handle applications in measurement, controls, operation, and visualisation. EtherCAT provides a real-time communication system.
