The MSO/DPO5000 Series Mixed-Signal Oscilloscopes feature FastAcq with a >250,000 waveform/s capture rate and FastFrame™ segmented memory acquisition and long record length. Also incorporated into the design are Wave Inspector®, a search capability that automatically looks through an acquisition of up to 250 Mpoints; and MagniVu™, which acquires up to 10,000 points at up to 16.5 GS/s for setup and hold, clock delay, signal skew, and glitch characterization measurements.
Eight models range from 350 MHz of analog bandwidth and 5-GS/s sampling rates to 2 GHz and 10 GS/s. Record lengths vary from 12.5M to 250M. Each model has four analog channels; MSO models also offer 16 digital channels and built-in parallel bus trigger and decode functionality.
More than 50 automated measurements plus waveform math, histograms, statistics, and built-in analysis tools are available.
