Sources supply AC, DC, and AC+DC output

The RS Series AC and DC Power Sources deliver output power of 90 kVA up to 540 kVA and can both source and sink current. The base unit is the RS90. It provides up to 90 kVA of AC power or 60 kW of DC power. AC output is three phase and can be switched between the AC and DC mode from the front panel. For higher power requirements, the RS180, RS270, RS360, RS450, and RS540 are available.

A Windows program with a GUI generates user-defined arbitrary and harmonic waveforms and downloads them to the unit via remote interface. Each unit stores 200 waveforms in nonvolatile memory. RS-232-C and USB interfaces are standard; IEEE 488 and LAN are available for automated test applications. ­
