25-kW Supply Relies On Water Cooling

The upgraded version of the PM37223P-10P, a liquid-cooled, PFC 42V at 25 kW ac/dc power supply in a 2U 19” rack configuration, is the first model in a series of high power products that will include an air-cooled pluggable version. Delivering an efficiency greater than 91% at 80% of load, the supply operates continuously at full load with an inlet water temperature of 60?C. It provides remote sense, output fully floating, over-current, over-voltage, and over-temperature protection features. Input voltage ranges 365 to 528 Vac. Additionally, the PM37223P-10P is a semi-modular unit housed in a 3.47” x 17.38” x 24.4” water-cooled liquid plate enclosure along with two modules: a boost PFC input module and a main output converter module.
