RF switches supported in PXI or LXI chassis

The 40-755 is a 50-Ω RF multiplexer module that supports up to 10 SP4T RF switches in a single PXI module. Two versions based on a common switch design are available. The high density version occupies one slot of a 3U PXI chassis and uses a high-density multiway connector suitable for switching frequencies to 500 MHz. The higher frequency version uses SMB connectors and is suited for switching signals to 1.8 GHz.

Each design offers low insertion loss and low VSWR through its frequency range, and each multiplexer has been designed to have a nominally path independent loss. The modules can be supported in any PXI-compliant chassis as well as in the company’s modular LXI chassis.
