Wi-Fi and cellular test VSA

The ZT8651 6-GHz Vector Signal Analyzer and Spectrum Analyzer incorporates the technology for testing the upcoming 802.11ac standard and the functionality of a one-box multiprotocol tester in two-slot 3U PXI and PXIe configurations. It includes separate baseband I/Q inputs, an LO output for RFIC demodulator testing, and demodulation personalities for Wi-Fi and cellular protocols and provides 160-MHz instantaneous bandwidth, high dynamic range, >80 dBc IM3 at 6 GHz linearity, and low phase noise <-125 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz with a 100-kHz offset.
