Rob Aitken

Rob Aitken is a distinguished architect at Synopsys and an experienced technologist with broad-based expertise and connections across the semiconductor industry and academic ecosystem. He has a detailed technical knowledge of topics such as SoCs, memory and circuit design, EDA, DFT/test, and reliability. An IEEE Fellow and associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing, Rob has 50 patents and has published about 100 technical papers. He graduated from McGill University with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
