Here are some of the most notable new products to hit the electronics market. Featured is a family of high-voltage IGBTs that come co-packaged with fast recovery diodes and a new 50-MP image sensor with up to 100 dB of dynamic range. Other highlights include a series of ESD protection diodes that can handle the harsh conditions in cars and a new 35-A power IC that integrates a complete GaN half-bridge power stage.
