The RF3928B 65V wideband amplifier cranks out 380W for S-Band pulsed radar, Air Traffic Control and Surveillance, and general purpose broadband amplifier applications. It’s a matched GaN transistor in a hermetic, flanged ceramic package featuring operation from 2.8 GHz to 3.4 GHz plus GaN HEMT and heat-sink technologies.
