The RF1604D single-pole four-throw (SP4T) switch for receive-diversity designs features a 0.4-dB insertion loss at 1GHz and 1.3V GPIO compatibility. In a 12-pin, 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm x 0.6 mm leadless QFN package, it integrates decoding logic and requires no dc-blocking capacitors unless DC is applied to the ports.
