Reporting a design breakthrough that sets a new level of precision, the quad/dual, n-channel zero-threshold EPAD matched-pair MOSFET arrays are reportedly the first such devices to make 0.1V circuits possible. The ALD110800 and ALD110900 specify a threshold voltage of 0.0V with a variation range of ±0.01V at 1 μA and an offset of 2 mV. It will support the design of analog circuits that operate on less than 1 μW and can serve as a replacement for normally-closed relay applications since they are always in the on state without power. Both MOSFETs are available in dual and quad versions across four models and in PDIP and SOIC packages. Pricing starts at $0.91 each/1,000.
