Feds renew NAVTEQ contract

The U.S. Government has selected NAVTEQ (www.navteq.com) as a primary map data provider.

The U.S. Government has selected NAVTEQ as a primary map data provider. NAVTEQ will continue to provide road network and standard points of interest data under a government-wide enterprise license to numerous government agencies supporting U.S. Homeland Defense. NAVTEQ map data will also continue to be licensed to state and local government agencies. NAVTEQ has been working with the U.S. Government on mission-critical applications since 2002.
