Functioning as either a standalone unit or as support for multiple-board system, SVME/DMV-550 flash memory module offers capacities from 110 MB to 2.1 GB in a single VMEbus slot. For harsh environments, the modules do not require shock and vibration isolators or envrionmentally rugged enclosures required for rotating memory. The modules are fully compliant with the ANSI/IEEE 1101.2-1992 conduction-cooled Eurocard spec and are intended for laboratory software development/prototype systems or for less environmentally extreme applications where forced-air cooling is used.
