Analog Office Adds More Tools For High-Frequency IC Design
Version 2009 of Analog Office high-frequency analog and RFIC design software now includes the company’s patent-pending multi-rate harmonic balance technology, which promises to dramatically increase the speed and reduce the necessary memory to perform steady-state analysis. The latest version also packs AXIEM 3D planar EM technology that now supports 64-bit operating systems, multi-core PCs, and shape pre-processing algorithms. Additional features include automated circuit extraction, extract flow with AXIEM, PowerDRC/LVS technology, OpenAccess, and Sapphicon PDKs. AWR CORP., El Segundo, CA. (310) 726-3000.
