Thermally-Conductive Putty Conforms Easily

Sept. 30, 2003
Said to be highly conformable, the Sarcon GR-Pm and XR-Pe silicon putties provide a thermal conductivity of 6W/m-K and 11W/m-K, respectively. The electrically non-conductive materials come in sheet form that will adhere to the shape and size of most

Said to be highly conformable, the Sarcon GR-Pm and XR-Pe silicon putties provide a thermal conductivity of 6W/m-K and 11W/m-K, respectively. The electrically non-conductive materials come in sheet form that will adhere to the shape and size of most components. They are suitable for filling gaps that measure 0.3 mm or less and are flame retardant to UL 94V-0 requirements. Other features include extremely low molecular siloxane content.
