The VSB06P Series incorporates two pairs of isolated, low-capacitance transient voltage suppression (TVS) arrays intended for high-frequency telephone applications. These include ISDN, xDSL and T1/E1 circuits. They also protect against intra-building lightning transients defined by GR 1089.The devices meet secondary telephone line surge requirements, such as those related to intra-building lightning, on both tip-to-ground and ring-to-ground applications. The two line pairs are completely isolated, thus limiting any crosstalk or line interference between tip or ring line transmissions. Designed for 600W of peak pulse power for a 10/1000-µs wave shape, the arrays have a capacitance of less than 25 pF for high-frequency circuit applications. In addition, their high-surge current rating is compatible with the requirements found in ITU K20, EN61000-4, IEC 1000-4-5 and EN 300 386-2 documents. The suppressors come in a SIP case on 0.100" centers.
