A low-voltage, dual JK flip-flop with 5V-tolerant inputs, the CROSSVOLT LCX logic family's model 74LCX112 meets requirements for mixed-voltage operation. The 74LCX112 offers 5V overvoltage tolerance and low power operation of 10 µA and speed of 7.5 ns maximum. The device changes state on the negative edge of the clock pulse and features independent PRESET and CLEAR inputs. The device offers 2V to 3.6V supply operation as well as power-down, high-impedance inputs and outputs. Other features include ±12 mA output drive and firm's proprietary noise/EMI reduction circuits.
