The 6.4" AND64C402V-HB color, thin film transistor (TFT) active matrix LCD is compatible with displays from Sharp Microelectronics product line. The display has a brightness of 300 nits with a VGA resolution of 640 x 480. Overall dimensions are 175 mm x 126.5 mm x 12 mm and total power consumption for the display is 2W. Operating voltage is 5 Vdc and the display comes with a CCFL backlight that requires a separate inverter. The AND64C402V-HB is available from stock and priced at $425 each in production quantities.
