Debuting as the company's first 1U LXI digital multimeter, the L4411A 6.5- digit DMM delivers a throughput of 50,000 readings per second with an accuracy of 4.5 digits. For quick integration and debugging of the test system, the instrument employs a simple display that includes the latest reading and LAN address. It also features a compatibility mode that requires little to no code changes to upgrade a test system. Other features include a trigger latency and trigger jitter of less than 1 µs, bus-query response of less than 500 µs, and an E1412A/34401A emulation mode. As an LXI Class C-compliant instrument, the DMM provides a graphical Web interface that allows for interactive control without programming. Price for the L4411A starts at $2,195.
