Delivering a QVGA resolution, the OSD0320HA9T0 TFT-LCD with an 8080 system interface also integrates a 4-wire resistive touch screen. It provides a digital RGB 16-bit TTL interface with memory to minimize the communication burden on system processors. The panel supports 3V logic and viewing angles of 45°, 45°, 35°, and 15°.
