T5 Fluorescents Trim Power For LEED Eligibility

Dec. 29, 2011
MaxLite’s T5 Watt Saver fluorescents enable energy-service companies and other organizations to reduce power consumption and lamp efficacy in projects seeking Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.

MaxLite’s T5 Watt Saver fluorescents enable energy-service companies and other organizations to reduce power consumption and lamp efficacy in projects seeking Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. The 49W fluorescents are approximately 40% and 60% smaller than T8 and T12 lamps, respectively, and offer full-spectrum light with three color temperatures and a high CRI. Importantly, they save 50% to 70% in energy costs while extending lamp life to 20,000 hours. MaxLite, West Caldwell, NJ. (800) 555-5629.
