The SST25WF080 serial flash memory is a 1.8V, 8-Mb device featuring a standby power consumption of 5 microA and an active read current of 2 mA typical at 33 MHz.

Embarking as the latest member of the 25 series Serial Flash memory family based on Microchip’s proprietary SuperFlash technology, the SST25WF080 serial flash memory is a 1.8V, 8-Mb device featuring a standby power consumption of 5 mA and an active read current of 2 mA typical at 33 MHz. In addition to a 75 MHz clock frequency and operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the device supports the latest low-power electronics such as tablet computers, hard-disk drives, Bluetooth headsets, Wi-Fi and wireless-control devices, and camera modules.
