The CWR06 and CWR16 TANTAMOUNT solid tantalum chip capacitors are now approved to the T-level requirements of MIL-PRF-55365 for space-level applications.

The CWR06 and CWR16 TANTAMOUNT solid tantalum chip capacitors are now approved to the T-level requirements of MIL-PRF-55365 for space-level applications. For high-reliability apps, the CWR06 offers a capacitance range of 0.10 mF to 100 mF and over-voltage ratings from 4 WVDC to 50 WVDC while the CWR16 offers a capacitance range from 0.33 mF to 330 mF and over-voltage ratings from 4 WVDC to 35 WVDC. Both devices specify an operating temperature of - 55°C to +85°C, +125°C with voltage derating. Pricing ranges from $30 to $45 each with an additional Lot Test Charge.
