Power-factor-corrected input mains that comply with EN61000-3-2, EMI filtering that meets both conducted and radiated FCC class "B" (EN55022/11) specs, and CE Marking, UL1950 and other safety agency approvals are among the several features expected to help open up markets in the computer and communications industries for the CAP200 series of 200W single, dual, triple and quad output switching power supplies. The supplies also bring to market a compact design- open frame U-channel models measure only 8.50"L x 4.95"W x 1.50"H and weigh 2.7 lb.- and a variety of protection circuitry, such as thermal shutdown and overvoltage protection and current and total power limits. The switchers accept 85-264 vac, 47-63 Hz, single phase power, with -48.0 vdc optional, and can deliver 2.5, 3.3, 5.0, 12, 15, 24, 28, 36 and 48 vdc. The main V1 output channel provides up to 30A, with a secondary V2 output rated at 20A max. Combined line-load regulation is 1% for single output models and 2% for multiple output units. And PARD/ripple and noise is 1% pk-to-pk.
