The TPS54062 synchronous 50-mA, 60V step-down regulator measuring 125 mm2 integrates both the high-side and low-side power MOSFETs, providing efficient power conversion and transient protection to noise-sensitive industrial designs. The device withstands transients up to 65V and supports a variety of the company’s embedded processors. Other features include an 89-mA operating current with a shutdown current of 1.7 mA and a switching frequency range of 100 kHz to 400 kHz. Pricing is $1.50 each/1,000.
