WHITE PAPER: Create Complex Sequences with a DC Power Supply

Oct. 20, 2008
Presented by Electronic Design and Agilent
DC power supplies are a fundamental component of almost every test system. Today's complex automatic test equipment (ATE) systems must quickly perform a variety of tests, either to increase test system throughput or to tweak and optimize design performance. Sequences can be an effective and efficient means to perform repeated or extensive testing. An arbitrary waveform generator or a DAC can be used to drive a power supply. Products with list mode can provide more complex sequences with additional triggering functionality without the need for additional test equipment. Learn the benefits of using list mode to create complex sequences and for improved testing and reduced test time.
