The CVCO55CXT-6250-6250 coaxial resonator oscillator (CRO) integrates a proprietary frequency doubler.

The CVCO55CXT-6250-6250 coaxial resonator oscillator (CRO) integrates a proprietary frequency doubler. The component operates at 6250 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5 Vdc to 4.5 Vdc. Typical phase noise is -100 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. Other features include an output power of 2.0 dBm into a 50? load with a supply of +8 Vdc and a current consumption of 35 mA, pushing and pulling at 1.5 MHz/V and 0.5 MHz, respectively, and a second harmonic suppression at -30 dBc typical.
