The CVCO55CXT-6250-6250 coaxial resonator oscillator (CRO) integrates a proprietary frequency doubler. The component operates at 6250 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5 Vdc to 4.5 Vdc. Typical phase noise is -100 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset.
