Multimeter Sources And Measures Current And Voltage

Nov. 1, 1999

The CMM Precision Process Multimeter offers simultaneous source and measurement of current and voltage, along with measurement of temperature, frequency, duty cycle, pulse width, and resistance with up to 0.03% accuracy. The meter features rms measurements of non-linear voltage and current loads and is programmable for 16 continuous or timed step outputs or 999-step ramps. The meter's large, dual (4000/40,000-count) backlighted LCD shows the primary and secondary source and/or measured values and functions selected. The unit can source bipolar current of ±25 mA and voltage of ±1.5V, ±15V with a constant current output for loads up to 500W. A built-in isolated RS-232 interface with optional Windows software provides advanced data acquisition and documentation functions.
