An S-parameter measurement tool permits differential S-parameter measurements based on time-domain reflection and transmission (TDR/T) data. The tool is available as a standalone product or bundled with the IConnect software for applications in digital design, electrical-compliance testing, and signal-integrity testing. The company claims cost savings of up to 2× compared to traditional techniques for users who must ensure electrical standard compliance for Serial ATA, PCI Express, InfiniBand, and XAUI/Gigabit Ethernet or who must perform differential S-parameter measurements for signal-integrity analysis. IConnect S-parameters cost $12,995. Discounts are being offered to IConnect TDR and VNA software customers.
