Capable of handling up to 57A at 750V, the CTB77 series of PCB terminal blocks are well-suited for heavy-duty applications such as energy management, industrial heating and ventilation, and machine controllers. The terminal blocks, molded in gray UL94 V-0 flame-retardant PA66, come in 2- and 3-pole types with double interlocking mechanisms for increased strength and solid versions from 4 to 12 poles. Standard pitch is 10.16 mm. The terminal blocks feature a 5 MO insulation resistance, 3-kV/60-s dielectric strength, and an 8 AWG (10 mm2) cable entry. Solder contacts are 5-µm tin-plated nickel while the captive M4 screws are 7-µm zinc-plated steel. Operating temperature is –20°C to 125°C. The terminal blocks have received UL, CUL, IMQ, and VDE approvals. OKW ELECTRONICS INC., Bridgeville, PA. (800) 965-9872.
