Created as a low-cost alternative to blue or white LEDs, the CSD Series of miniature incandescent lamps is specifically designed to meet the manufacturing rigors and performance criteria of surface-mount applications. Lamp profiles are as low as 5.5 mm and the entire line is available on reels for automated processing.
The lamps feature either two- or three-phase construction, the latter with an integral silicone-filter cap that can be color matched to virtually any standard and is designed to withstand high-temperature reflow processes up to 260°C. Available in multiple sizes and brightness levels (up to 12 lumens) and from 5V to 28V, the series is designed to withstand shock and vibration of automated assembly. Right-angle models are also available. Pricing starts at $0.18 each in production qty.
