A variety of standard and custom packages is offered for a line of bright white LEDs. The devices feature high-efficiency GaN blue LEDs that are coated with a phosphor to provide excellent illumination. The LEDs can be supplied in a broad range of T1, T1-3/4 and SMT packages, as well as numerous custom options. Dies can be mounted directly onto most headers and substrates to create high-density arrays, high-power packages, and other custom configurations. Maximum current is 30 mA at a forward voltage of 3.8 vdc maximum. Typical output power at 20 mA is 0.5 to 2.5 cd with beam angles from 16° to 45°.
