Three tiny SMT inductive components are available to aid designers in applications that are short on space. At 1 mm in length, the CM10 chip inductor is the firm's smallest to date. The sealed component is made using laser-cut copper and is highly resistant to heat and humidity as well as mechanical shock and pressure. Inductance values are as low as 1 nH with a minimum self-resonant frequency of 6 GHz.The SRR0603 and SRR0604 SMT power chokes both offer low profiles and a high maximum current of 2.3A. Inductances range from 3.3 µH to 1000 µH.
