Other features include a snap-action mechanism, six cap options including square, concave, convex, and sculptured with standard or custom laser etched legends, a current rating of 500 mA at 24 Vdc, electrical life of 10,000 cycles, contact resistance of less than 50 milliOhms initially, an actuation force of 200 gF ± 50 gF, an actuator travel of 2.2 mm ± 0.1 mm, dielectric strength of 1 kVrms minimum, insulation resistance greater than 1,000 MegaOhms minimum, and an operating and storage temperature from -40°C to +85°C.
