A talking battery charger module from Interacter provides speech prompts to remind the user to recharge the battery when needed. It also announces battery status so the user knows if the battery is charged, and when the battery is low. The module is self-contained and simple to install, needing just two wires to the battery.
The unit can be mounted in the battery pack, in the charger or control panel. It can be supplied pre-fitted into a battery charger, or as a standalone module. Internal jumper links configure the module to work with batteries of 12 V, 24 V or 36 V. A complete starter kit is available now, priced at $49.
