The device provides instant notification of static control equipment failure at the workstation. It continuously checks the connection of a worksurface to a predetermined electrical ground. It can also ground and monitor one dual-conductor wrist strap if desired.The compact device provides continuous buzzer/red light alarms when the ESD workstation becomes disconnected from ground.
