PIF Transmitter Is Field Programmable

Feb. 1, 2001

The programmable isolating frequency (PI-F) transmitter features field-programmable input and output ranges. There are 21 input ranges from 0 to 0.4 Hz up to 0 to 4 kHz and 17 output ranges from 0 to 500 mV, including bipolar outputs of -2 to 2V, -10 to 10V and -12 to 12V.
Other features include a fast response time, impedance matching on the input, contact-closure selection, crystal-locked period measurement, input to output isolation of 1 kV, and an accuracy of 0.1%.
